Every lawn is different, and every customer has different levels of what they expect from their lawn. While our Full Season Programs provide the essentials for a healthy lawn, some lawns need additional lawn care services to make them as healthy as possible. Whether you have unusual weeds, poor soil quality, or compacted soil, we've got a service to address your lawn's specific issues. Note: Lawn care service upgrades are recommended for best results for the lawn and the cost of these additional services are not included in a full season lawn care program.
A properly adjusted and programmed sprinkler system is the most vital aspect if you want to have a healthy and beautiful lawn. Improper lawn watering (too much water, too shallow of water, too frequent of watering, etc.) will kill the soil, cause diseases, and create short digging roots.
To get the most out of your full season lawn care program you need to either have Organo-Lawn program your clock and adjust your sprinkler heads so your lawn is being watered properly or follow our watering recommendations closely. 99% of lawn problems are caused by improper watering and if you have Organo-Lawn perform your sprinkler audit we will guarantee that your sprinkler system will be programmed properly.
We cannot express enough the importance of following the 1, 2, 3, 2, 1 technique of lawn watering, especially if you are on a 100% organic lawn care program.

Spring Lawn Aeration is a vital lawn care service in alleviating soil compaction and for building beneficial microbial activity.
Lawn aeration is recommended at least once per year (spring or fall) and for best results twice per year (spring and fall). Twice per year aeration is highly recommended for lawns with clay soils or heavy foot traffic from kids and pets.
Spring core aeration is typically performed with the first yard treatment application of the year.
Prices are based on a lawn that is 2500 sq ft or smaller.
Rain Maker is a water retention polymer that can reduce your lawn’s watering needs by 40% in the spring and fall and 25% in the summer months. Rain Maker is typically applied with aeration.
Humate Soil Conditioner is a granulated form of humic acid and fulvic acid. Think of Humate as 1,000,000 year old super condensed organic compost. In short it is like doing a compost top dressing over your lawn except it is a lot less expensive and a lot less effort.
Humate will add organic matter to clay soils, it will stimulate beneficial microbial activity, help prevent damaging lawn fungi and will help soils retain water. We call this product the “duct tape” of lawn care. Humate is typically applied to lawns in late May or Early June, but it can be applied to a lawn any time of year.
Synergy with corn gluten meal is a 100% organic weed control and fertilizer derived from corn gluten meal, sulfate of potash, and bone meal. It controls weeds better if it is applied in both the spring and the fall. If you want to reduce the amount of dandelions that germinate in the spring we strongly recommend upgrading to the fall synergy with corn gluten meal application instead of the fall organic winterizer.
Fall Synergy with corn gluten meal is typically applied in late September or October.
Included In The Program
Fall Lawn Aeration is recommended for those that forgot to do spring aeration, those with heavy foot traffic, severe soil compaction, clay soils or those that want to get the best results from their lawn care program.
Fall lawn aeration is typically done with the last yard treatment application of the year.
*The price quoted for the fall Synergy upgrade is the price difference between the fall winterizer and the cost of the synergy. I.e. the cost of Synergy for a 2500 square foot lawn or below is $87.50 and the cost of the organic winterizer is $67.00; therefore, $87.50 - 67.00 = $20.50.
**Prices quoted are based on lawns that are 2500 square feet and below. Prices increase based on the square footage of the lawn.
